I am really nervous as we will miss out on the test for Downs syndrome and determinig the EDD etc. please recommend me any good private hospitals which do this type of scan in London.

But, assuming your pregnancy is healthy, you'll still have the dating scan at round about the 12-week mark.
I would get the NHS to make you an appointment and see when it is.
Even if it is too late, the triple test (blood test) is available at 16 weeks and screens for Downs etc again.
Also, if you already know she is 11 weeks, why do you need a dating scan?
